By booking and making use of the services provided by LGW Cars, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Bookings: All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or via email. Having confirmation of all your booking details is recommended to avoid misunderstandings.
Pricing & Payment: All fares are advised upon booking by the company. Prices quoted are fixed but may vary for additional stops, waiting time, or route deviation. Payment may be made in cash or by online methods, where applicable.
Waiting Time: For pickups at the airport, we allow 45 minutes of free waiting from the landing of the flight, after which charges may apply. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting are allowed.
Cancellation and Refund: A cancellation made with more than 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled pick-up time is eligible for a full refund. Cancellations of bookings made less than 12 hours in advance may incur a partial or full charge.
No-Show Policy: If a passenger fails to arrive at the pick-up point without providing prior notice, they will be considered a no-show and are liable for full charges.
Luggage: Clients must properly inform us about their luggage. An additional cost may be incurred if extra luggage is discovered to have been taken along, not previously stated.
Behaviour: Passengers must conduct themselves respectfully. LGW Cars reserves the right to refuse service for acts of abuse or unacceptable safety behaviour.
Vehicle: Specific vehicle types may be requested, but availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to upgrade or change vehicles when necessary.
Delay: Any delay caused by traffic, weather, or other incidental circumstances beyond our control will not be our liability.
Data Protection: Your data is used solely for booking purposes and work-related matters, by the GDPR.
